Dear sir, while withdrawing cash from sbi atm (id-GFBU000 037056)after entering the pin the screen of atm is idle, waited for few second and then pressed cancelled button of atm and I came out from atm and message for 20,000 withdrawal from my account delivered on my registered mobile. And complaint for same was lodged in sbi customer care.after 7 days they told that your transaction was successful. but if transaction is successful then it is fault of atm, why screen became idle and after pressing cancelled button transaction completed by someone. Date of withdrawal -3 Feb 2015 Complain id at sbi customer care-AT429216429219. My account will be credited 20,000/ as soon as possible.
