ICICI Credit Card Delivery by BlueDart – Pathetic

This is regarding the delivery of my shipment of my ICICI Bank Credit Card with Air Way Bill number:4379095285. The first delivery was attempted on 01/01/2015 (Thursday) and was failed because I was not available at my home. I was at office and my office timings are 10:00 AM to 09:00 Pm (Monday to Friday). I requested Blue Dart to attempt the delivery on Saturday 03/01/2015. I sent an email request as well as I scheduled the delivery for 03/01/2015 between 09:00 Am to 12:00 PM. As per Blue Dart tracking website status my shipment was out for delivery on 03/01/2015 at 10:41 AM but I haven’t received my shipment till now 06:15 PM in the evening. I cancelled all my work schedule/interview for today and waited a long day only for this delivery just because Blu Dart delivers bank shipment only to the addressee personally and to no one else. They don’t even call before delivery. I cannot wait for another day for this shipment to be delivered.

I missed my scheduled interview and this has resulted to a monetary loss for me amounting to rupees One Lac and Twenty Thousands. I have attached the email which I sent to Blue Dart regarding the re-scheduling of he delivery on Saturday between 09:00 AM to 12:00 PM in the noon. I have also attached the screen shot of the status which is reflecting on Blue Dart’s website

I want to sue Blue Dart for wasting my time and money of Rs.1,20,000/-
