Airtel Paid Bill Not Updated

I have paid the bill 20/2/2015 with citi bank credit card. Immediately got acknowledgement mail from Airtel itself. But later found not updated. I have sent several mails, calls to airtel. Checked with citi bank too they are also replied that transaction done. Still airtel not updating and now telling false thing that my card has expired and airtel ack is nothing even it is sent from airtel. they are cheating.

It is harassing to me for lot of time need to communicate and airtel doing nothing. I need to surrender that post paid connection immediately. they are intentionally making late and false statement because 9th march is last date for that bill. I have paid just after generate the bill 19/2/15. I paid at 20/2/2015. I want my payment update immediately. I have paid 200.98 full bill amount.
