ICICI Direct Share Trading is Down

I am really tired of ICICI Direct, their website is down when the stock markets swing heavily. Their agents come to you and tell it is the best and all the polished statements. At the time when the site is down and you are desperate to to change or place your order and you call the bank or its representative, they simply hang-up or ignore your call. Worst is the A$$hole saying, sir everything is working fine its your bad internet connection.

Makes me so frustrated. So guys beware before going for this ICICI Online Share Trading .

Attaching screenshot of it being down.

  1. It is really surprising to see a Private Bank being so bad and arrogant towards it customers.

  2. i fully agree.i however believe this is going to make no difference to the bank and their work culture since they are as good as a post office today specially their dmat section. shame on icici.

  3. I also had very very bad experience with icicidirect.com.

Religare is 1000% better than icicidirect.

  5. I think this is typical of ICICI bank’s operating method. The branch where I bank is supposed to be working from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm. Practically no more than 4-5 members of the staff turn up even by 08.30 am when the full strength is supposed to be
close to 40. This is in areas where one-on-one personal interaction is required.

It took me approximately 17 phone calls and 3 visits to the branch to find out their charges for collecting a US$ denomination cheque drawn on a Chicago based multinational bank.
