Dear Sir/ Madam, I am sorry, but the thing is that, the way in which the senior management is working about my problem, there is no smell of senior management. The way in which the senior management is acting it’s similar to the owner of a grocery shop. This is the third time you are need of some more time. But when the bank was deducting my amount, it was very easy. But it has become too tough to reverse the amount to the customer now. So, think about the security of the customer’s money. You can deduct the amount very easily, even your phone banking officer misguide us by telling that ECS can be stopped by phone banking, but whereas it’s not possible, not only that after submitting a written application for initiating to stop the ECS payment bank can deduct the amount. Just think once is it expected from a bank like ICICI bank, or from any financial organizations? My amount has gone. You can do one thing, set up an inquiry commission, complete the investigation, and after that if you find that, it was the mistake of the bank, then reverse the amount.
