ICICI Lombard – Error display message payment deducted

While making the insurance for going aboard, we register on ICICI Lombard site for Insurance purpose on 24.04.2015. Firstly the site has made the error and a display message was pomp up as the policy cannot be done. But the payment was deducted from the Company on the same. We tried on the consumer care center but no satisfactory solution was provided instead of this they informed us to call after 3 to 4 days. We did the insurance from TATA AIG after the error message. But after 3 to 4 hours we received the mail from ICICI regarding our insurance and amount of Rs. 1313/- were deducted from our account. As the ICICI Lombard firstly rejected to do the Insurance and how can they make the insurance without our consent on the basis of rejected one. But nowdays they are not attending our call neither they refunded the amount.

We want our premium deducted from the bank and apology letter from the Company for misbehaving on phone and not answering the remedy for the policy amount deducted by them.
