I had insured my mobile from OneAssist Consumer Solutions Private Limited B-24, Manubharati, Azad Lane, Off S V Road, Andheri (W), Mumbai – 400 058 Corporate Identity Number: U93090MH2011PTC218163 On 25th of feb. 2015 i have registered a complaint against damage of my mobile phone to insured company. According to the policy of company they have to deliver my damage mobile after repair in 20 working days. But still the did”t deliver my mobile to me. They are regularly extended the delivery date. From the date they pick up damage mobile from my home. I regularly in touch with insured company from mail and toll free number and i complaint to the service of company on the company complaint mail address many time. But still they have does n”t change their attitude. Now i am registered a officially complaint in against insured company by national consumer helpline. I hope you must take some action on the company.kindly take this matter on priority. Thank You Regards Ravi Kumar.
