I am Gopal, icici lombard general insurance company POS Agent, I have done the More business(Vehicle insurance and Health insurance policy) from Sep 2018 to till date. but i inform my Sales managers and mail send to customersupport@icicilombard.com and payoutsagent@icicilombard.com, but till date do not take any action and reply me. i am a supporting for this earnig only.
our manager said under process for past 10 months. so please take necessary action and release the my commission.
