Dear Sir, I am really worried customer who is cheated by your poor services and unethical way of collection of fund in the way of deducting charges. As per your advice, I returned the policy document (in original) at your Kandiwali, Mumbai Branch office on 03.05.2013 which is within free look period of 15 days. I have paid Rs20000/- as first premium but I get back only Rs676.16 only from ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company today. It is complete violation of terms and conditions.
