UTC AC indoor unit not working from the time of purchase

CARRIER 1TON SPLIT AC BOUGHT ON 09/04/2013 AND INSTALLED ON 11/04/13. SINCE THEN ROOM COOLING HAS NOT HAPPENING HENCE COMPLAINED TO DEALER AND THEY CAME AND CHECKED BUT RESOLUTION GIVEN WE AGAIN COMPLAINED THAT SOME GAS LEAKAGE HAPPENED ON OUTDOOR UNIT THEY REFILLED THE GAS AND SUGGESTED TO CHANGE THE AC TO ANOTHER ROOM EVEN THERE IS SOULTION HAS ARRIVED. WE MADE COMPLAINT TO CARRIER CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTRE AND TECHNICIAN AGAIN CHECKED AND INFORMED THE INDOOR UNIT HAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY.NOW WE MAKING FREQUENT CALLS TO CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT THERE IS NO PROPER RESPONSE FROM THEM. EVEN MAILS ALSO SENT BUT THERE IS NO REPLY RECEIVED

INDOOR UNIT IS NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. ELECTRICAL ARRANGEMENT CHARGES RS2000.00 FOR CHANGING THE AC TO ANOTHER ROOM. RS10000.00 FOR GIVEN MENTAL AGNOY FOR NOT RESPONING PROPERLY FROM CARRIER CUSTOMER CARE.
