I have given a ICICI Pru Wealth Builder policy number 18060365 on Dtd. 13th Sept 2013, At the time Mr. Manish Agrawal has said me that this policy is good and can save your tax upto 15000/- to 20000/- and can me surrender after 3 years. But he never explain the initial charges and further monthly charges of the policy. When I received policy paper I realize that the initial charges are almost Rs.5000/- and also monthly charges is more than Rs.600/-. I called him immediately and told to him to cancel the policy and refund my money. He said he will do it and need some time, and handed over this to Mr. Rajnish. Due to improper response, I called customer care number and registered a complaint, but they said since the pre-look period is over you can’t close the policy. However I told them that I have already contacted your representative Mr. Manish and Mr. Rajnish in the pre-look period and they assured me that the money will be refunded. Mr. Rajnish has given his senior representative Mr. Sunmit Bhatia contact and told me that now he will close the policy, but he also said that due to March end we cant do it now, however you contact me in next month we will do it. I have also told them that since I have bought a flat and need in money urgently, but no result. I am struggling to get my money back and having not enough money to pay the further premium. I request you to help to get my money back.

I want to get my money back, and close this policy.
