i bought an ac (LG LG LSA5NP3F 1.5 ton) from infibeam.com of order number 13069592 on 15th may 2014 with sbi credit card payment . they have informed me that they had sent via courier named bookmypacket.com docket no. 95039125 at destination address C&I ERECTION DEPT,Service building, bgtpp,ntpc ltd, Bongaigaon assam.when i checked the tracking the item on bookmypacket.com i found the item is delivered but i didnt get a phone call as well as item.i am very concerned that i told the fact to infibeam customer but they didnt give the address of the courier & contact at bongaigaon,assam so that i can contact them for that item who has received.now they told me that they are verifying the item but taking too much time for it.and i want to know the courier address at bongaigaon for the item

i want my item or money back within 10 days …..it doesn’t mean that they took order and money and taking no responsibility for the delivery to the end point and are not ready for the cooperation for my loss of money
