Samsung Grand – Not working properly – Review

Dear manager, I have bought a Samsung grand 2 on 25/4/2014. The phone was damaged and the screen was not working properly . I was given a confirmation that my mobile which is brand new had a problem with screen and it needs to be replaced. Thus the screen was replaced for the first time when submitted and i received my phone after 10 days. This is the second time that I have deposited my phone since 4th June 2014 and now the phone has been replaced with a new motherboard as per the service centre. Now what is the use of such a phone and such a brand like “Samsung”. I have spent 21500 Rs and have not used the phone since last 2 months as Samsunghave been repairing it constantly.

Now I suppose that I will receive a new piece or want the cash completely back so that I get the value for my money.
