Respected sir, I bought this policy from icici Bank rewari branch. The bank rep. gives false Info about the policy , and unknowingly I bought i It but with in few days I came to know that This policy is not suitable for me. So I approach- ed the bank agent , who then promise me to Cancel it with in its free lock period. On other hand he changed my postal address In my policy documents, hence I was unable to Receive any documents, and he collected the Policy on his address. In the mean time I left India ,as iam working in merchant navy. I called up the agent several times and every Time he come up with new lie. After a long chase I got my policy documents From icici prudential branch in rewari on 11th nov 2013,very next day I went to the branch With cancellation application , but they refuse It and I was told to contact their company For special approval.and thereafter iam regularly Writing to them but they are not willing to under- Stand my points.And they are claiming that i have received the documents in aug 2013, but sir i was out of India at that time and i have the proof for that, Sir please help me Thanks and regards Sandeep yadav abudhabi

Sir i want to cancel this policy and want my mony back.
