I bought Samsung Galaxy Grand on 16 july 2013. But the phone is having alot of problems. I have been to samsung care several times after the purchase, but they just update the software or do something here and there and return it to me. I have been there 10-12 times but every time they do something and return it to me but the problem persists. They even replaced the motherboard 3-4 times, which they shouldn’t have done in vein if there was no problem in my mobile. They are not ready to accept that the phone is having any manufacturing defect. PROBLEMS WITH MY PHONE- > 1. Hanging continuously and badly > 2. Automatic switch off > 3. Sudden Signal loss > 4. Half part (upper part) of the phone gets heated up like hell even during playing a game or during calls. > 5. Hanging even during small games. > 6. Voice problem(sometimes its too loud and sometimes its too low). > 7. Some of the features dont work. > 8. Bluetooth sometimes takes 5 to 6 hours to get enabled. 9. No taskbar in the phone and no way to detect who is calling(sometimes) > All the above said problems are discussed with the samsung care technician but in vein. Even they are not getting what the problem is. They always make some changes here and there and return phone back to me. I am having some video clips regarding this,some snapshots of problem.

just want my money back with a little compensation for all the mental and physical assault and for the transportation charges. My mobile cost Rs. 19500. So I want that back along with compensation. I am not even interested in replacement now because I don’t trust this brand samsung and its services anymore. I just don’t want to get into all these things again with samsung, so u don’t even want replacement. They just make fool of their customers. But they don’t know that everyone is not fool. Please help me as soon as possible.
