I would like to show my grevence and would like to complain against the ICICI Bank (Credit Card Department) that to full fill their respective monthly targets of selling the Credit cards, the bank’s salse executive has used my name and document details has been used as refference without my concern to get others credit card. It so happened the few months back I had applied a personal loan from HDFC bank, hence i provided my documents to the bank executive. Later, after few month i suddenly recieved a call from ICICI bank looking for some “A. Alam” as defaulter. On asking, why I m being called? I got to know that Mr. A. Alam ahs used my names as reference, whom I never know. I tried to figure it out that how come my name is coming to ICICI Bank’s data base, as I have never ever has any kind of transction inrespect of Credit Card. Then I realised that, when I recieved the collection call from ICICI, they had my details of my current office CTS and my new mobile number. Note: I joined CTS and got this connection 983668285 a year back only. And during this perioed I only provided my document only to HDFC bank executive. I m sure that to fullfill their monthly targets, these executive are exchanging our document/ database to other banks to meet their salses targets. Request you to please look into this matter, because if my name is present as reference then my authorizantion (signature) should have been taken, which i m sure not done. Regards Md. I would like to sue this ICICI bank, for giving this stress and pain to me which actually affected my profroamce in my work plase due to lack of concentation for this stress caused by the ICICI back collection department of the phone. Please look into this.
