This is Arif Moqueem Akhtar bearing saving bank account no 0063104000275583 in IDBI Bank Ltd, Main Road Branch Ranchi – 834001. This is to inform you that I lodged a complaint against this branch. My complaint no. is WEB/1035610386 regarding not receiving ATM till date, this complaint lodged dated 08 July 2014. I have been continuously following up this matter for more than 03 months and several talks took place with your manager. Managers of IDBI, main road are very careless and are behaving very lackadaisically towards addressing customer related problems and issues. Sorry to say, managers of the very branch are very irresponsible, lack of problem solving attitude. I feel cheated and harassed in last 3-4 month effort to just get ATM of my account in IDBI bank. Though this is very small thing but the officer who is heading bank branch have made this problem big and till date I have not received ATM. This is my second bank ac in IDBI bank ltd. First account that was salary account was opened with IDBI bank in Singh More branch. But due to some official reasons, maximum of these accounts have not functional. But the account opened in IDBI main branch in Ranchi is exclusively belong to me and my family (Joint account). So many hot talk were took place by the IDBI managers and hence I have been agrieved and not interested to continue my saving bank in your bank anymore. Please do close my saving bank account 006310400027xxx in IDBI Bank Ltd and request you to transfer my money in the State Bank of India.
