Xperia ZL C – Mobile Heating & Charging Issues

I have purchased the phone Model Xperia ZL C6502 model. The phone was heating a lot. in about six months tie i went to the service center n gave it for repair for network issue, charging problem and hang often. Also the phone panel has plastic sticker type strips which came off due to heating problem. I asked to replace the panel with whatever charge is there for it. After one week of submitting the phone i got a call from service center to collect the phone. I went n saw they did software re install for software problems reported by me and saw that they stick those panel strips with a glue which even i could do. They are saying the phone production is stopped and hence the panel is not available. I did not accept the phone and resubmitted it for service. This type of customer dis satisfaction is not acceptable. If the panel is not available than it is not my problem. why should i understand the company, and it is wrong to stop the spares also once phone is discontinued else why they sell the phone in market? to tell costomers that spares are not available. There is no mistake of mine it is companies faulty design. Therefore company should provide me a solution to this. and if the spares are not available than company should replace my phone when my phone is under warranty. The phone is still with the service center with job no. W114072204653 and i m not provided a fair resolution till date. I had submitted my phone for repair on 28th july and till today i m waiting. this is not done. Every time i call they ask me to wait.

Sony company should either refund me my money back or provide me a new headset by giving replacement.
