Hi Team, I bought a led projector from “www.naaptol.com” which promised to provide good display/HD display. I purchased it for the purpose of teaching students. The projector’s display is so bad that I can’t make out anything displayed on the screen. I called customer care the next day of receiving it however they were not cooperative. I want to return this product and get a refund but they are not giving me an option. Please help.

I paid 6998 for this product so that I can show informative/educative videos to my students which did not happen. I’ve called and spoken to their customer service many times, however didn’t bear any fruit. This product is useless for me.
