Dear sir I am Rajesh kumar and a retailer of MTS Easy recharge .On 28/07/2014 i have done a recharge of RS 84 instated of 85 but MTS company accept recharge debit my account but costumer did not get any kind of benefit .therefor i contact to customer care in this matter and they told me that ,there is no recharge of this amount . therefor i request him to reverse my transaction but they refuse to do this . Even i file comp lent to delhi mts complent authority but they also did not help me

I want to company reverse my transaction and they made necessary changes in their Easy recharge system to prevent happen this kind of recharge in future.
