Idea – 3G Service Inappropriate charges

I would like to bring to your notice that idea is not providing any appropriate resolution and are not ready to accept their mistake. They have charged Rs 2783 for for 3G services . out of which they are only waving of 1000 RS that means i have to pay Rs 1783/-. which is not correct. i have changed from one plan to another through the online capability they have provided. but they have not activated the 3G benefit they are providing through this plan. I did not get any notification of it. I went to idea store in pune and found out myself that benefit is not activated . I called up the customer care and told them about it. When i told them they rectified the mistake they have done. I even told them to take my complaint but the customer care representative denied my request saying my bill date is 6th and they would not take any complain till 6th. The bill generated had charges of 3G services as RS 2783/-. I made the complain and they waived of Rs 1000/-. My point from the start has always been when the mistake has happened from their end why are they charging me for 3G services. I got a call from them and the lady said as per pro-data basis we are waving of 1000 rs the rest is the extra you have used and you need to pay for it. During the whole month they have charged me from the default account they came to know their mistake when i pointed it out. if i would have got the notification in the previous month that i have used this much MB of data i would have not used and shut my services . I get the notification now. why should customer suffer for the mistake of consumer. The lady who called me today morning was so blunt in replying that you have to pay even did not try to understand my point. I wont pay for 3G charge which according to me is inappropriate. Kindly take action on it. Let me know how i can file case against them. I have been in this situation twice . if you see my previous email when i have shifted to idea they have not activated CUG facility they provide i was the one running behind them to do it. As a proof i have attached the email copy in my previous mail to you. I have been behind this people for month and i am under lot of stress now. Because of them i have to bear unnecessary charges. My whole budget goes for a toss. Kindly take strict action on them. I would also like to bring to your notice the customer care of idea does not have all the knowledge and everyone says another things. They are very rude towards the customer.

I don’t want to pay for 3G services. The reason is the charge they are putting as extra usage of data is because the mistake done by them for not activating 3g service benefit because of which i did not have any notification .
