Idea 4G – Rude Customer Care

My Idea Cellular Mobile No. is 9826XX1501. I am using this Number since around 17 years or more.

I bought a new 4G phone Samsung Galaxy J5 Prime, so I upgraded to 4G Sim on 21st April 2017 for which i got a free data balance of around 5 GB 4G Data. Today I saw I had around 3.5 GB data Left. As I started to use the data I saw that around Rs.150 deducted from my main balance.

When I again checked i noticed that as i am using the 4G Data, the balance is deducting from my main balance.

I immediately contacted the Customer Care Executive. First they lied and ignored me by saying that the server is low and I should Contact them after 4 hours.

I disconnected the call and immediately contacted again. First they try to miss guide me by saying that the phone I own is not a 4G phone, when I complained they transferred the call to the senior executive Ritesh Kumar Khulape. His was of reacting was very much unethical and rude.

He said that it’s all my fault as idea network I used was 3G network and he can’t do anything in that. When I said him to file my complain as its not my fault as my phone was always on 4G network and the reason given him is very much extraneous. He denied to file my complain.

I want You to look into the matter and recompense me my rightful amount and problem faced. This Kind of treatment and behavior to a customer since 17 years is very unexpected and disappointing.

The reasons given to me are very much extraneous and shows that the fault is being try to put on the head of customer.

I expect your quick response providing me all justice.
