i recharged my Idea phone with Rs 745 and Rs 110 at 7698640xxx and my account is debited but i didn’t get any recharge done.if i went to customer care , they told me that they don’t get any transactions so, they can’t help me out.i showed them the bank receipt but they are not doing anything, except saying that u will get refund by bank, when i called to bank, they told me to talk to idea customer care

I want my money back rs 745 and rs 110 as well as i spend rs 200 while travelling to customer care, which is waste enough to travel.
