In my Idea current bill they have charged me rs 39 which is a watsapp pack under subhead feature charges. i have never opted for this service and never used there pack.i have filled complain with idea cellular twice but they denied the reversal of charges

Amount of rs 39 added to my bill.they have harassed me for more than one week by giving waiting period.then, without my prior permission they have closed my complaints
