I took the BLUE STUDIO Membership and made the payment of 24,414.00(14,414 INR from Credit card and 10000 Cash) in the name of Sterling Holidays Resort Lucknow on 14 February 2015 and officially took the membership on 16th Feb 2015. i cancelled the Membership on and did not use any of their service based on the reviews.First they said they will process my refund amount with in 42 working days and now they are saying they cant return my money as per their rules but the representative told me i can cancel my membership by sending the email on feedback@sterlingholidays.com.When i called their office no body pick the phone call and they say please contact to concern branch.They embezzle my money. Please help me on this.
