sir i have recharged my idea cellular no – 7520XX6591 with one night 3G , 1 GB internet pack on afternoon of 28 feb but when i used it at night of 28 feb ( 12:10 onwards ) Rs 1357 are illegally deducted from my main balance. when i called to idea customer care executive then they called me that i have used my pack before 12:00 mid night which is quit impossible ,fully unfair and illegal.i don’t know how can i proof that i used it after 12:10am on 01 march help me please.

My full amount should be refunded and my one night internete plan should be extended to any other date.
