AskmeBazaar Shipped Faulty Mobile PowerBank

I order MI Xiaomi 10400 MAH powerbank through askmebazaar.com and 27th Jan 2015 and received faulty product thru courier on 30th Jan 2015 and at the same moment I called askme bazaar customer care no. 04444444444 and registered complaint and got call that I will get refunded the amount within 7 days but my compalint has been closed and I come to know after I called again on 19th Feb 2015 and again registered complaint. Now after one month of purchasing this product neither I received replacement product nor I received my cash amount back. I need your help to get my amount immediately or replacement of product. (Order No. AB883745)

Product found faulty due to this my father who is now traveling to Sri Lanka not able to get this product for power support to his mobile. I am mentally disturb due to this and I waste my valuable time to called customer care of askmebazaar.com. Either product must be replaced within 7 days as customer care promised or Get my amount refunded with penalty of Rs. 500 for reason I mentioned above. Total Rs. 949
