Hello, I have purchased below item having order number 5079041299 on dated 24 Feb 2015. 1.product code 6725487078:-Panasonic 1.5 Ton 5 Star KC1814YA Window Air Conditioner White 2.Product Code 6725467064 :-V-Guard VG 400 Voltage Stabilizer for AC upto 1.5 ton. On 1st-Mar-2015 my order has been cancelled and reason provided that Item not in Stock.My question in why order has been booked if item is not in stock. As per the snap deal now i have to purchase the same item on new price and my loss is around 4000. Why snapdeal takes 7 days to provide Item not in stock. My planning and time has been lost just make sure that to we should available to receipt item on shipment date. Please do the needful.

Offer like off season discount has been lost and directly effect the new cost price my loss is more than 4000. 2.Efforts and Time has been lost which cost 10000. 3.Planning like we should avilable one person in home to receive the item 5000. I just want to get item on same price on which i have ordered. I have pannic during days and my efforts and time totally waste.For this please high amount of charge like 1 lakh or 2 lakh to snapdeal so that next time no any consumer feel pain.
