SnapDeal Ships Wrong Products – Poor Logistics

I have placed an order on 18-Oct-2014 which contained 2 product under offer. The order was received on 23-oct-2014 and 29-oct-2014 respectively. The product received on 29-oct-2014 was having size issue so I initiated return (7 days replacement was promised). After that many times I have received SMSs saying return would be picked but no one has came for same. I tried many communication through Phone/Email but all in vein.

The Purchase item was of Rs. 906/- (Rs. 406/- after discount). Also I received 50/- Snapdeal Cash to be used in 1 month, but I had not used after bad experience with Snapdeal.com. I want my product returned and money refunded. Additionally I want you to penalize the Snapdeal.com for the promised but not provided customer service.
