I have received my bill for the period from 27 Jan 2013 to 26 Feb 2013. the billing is quite absurd. and there is no relevance with the plan taken for the period. And there is one more issue. there is one add – on number (9718595010) attached to this number which is not working from 25 Jan 2013. and after repeated requests for closing the number, the number has not been closed and the rental has been included the bill. Please look into the calculation for 9718595035, As per the bill the charges deducted for Mobile web access are as follows: Mobile Web Access@98, from 27-Jan-2013 – 04-Feb-2013 Rs. 28.45 Mobile Web Access@100,from 05-Feb-2013 – 26-Feb-2013 Rs. 70.97 1) In first period allowed data for 2G data is 594.54 MB 2) In 2nd period allowed data for 3G data is 212.91 MB Total allowed usage in the period is 807.45 MB As per the bill the volume used for GPRS is 372420.46 Kb which after dividing with 1024 Kb comes out to be 363.69 MB. The allowed usage in a month are 807.45 Mb I Have been charged Rs. 1200/- for using just 363.69 Mb which is much below the allowed limit. After this when I was planning to quit from Idea by mobile number portability, Idea has rejected my request twice saying that the UPC is mismatching even after paying the full outstanding amount. please look into the matter as I am fed up with Idea

I want my money back which I have paid to Idea. and the harassment charges for getting harassed from last two months.
