Dear Sir/Madam, On 4th Feb, I requested IDEA Cellular to change existing plan to new Plan MH_N_TechM_ 299_350LN_ 1.5GBFUP and I got confirmation message on same evening. And this is being shown in monthly bill. To my surprise, I found that this plan again is changed to ‘MH Privilege 425 TRPV’ itself, which I haven’t requested. Could Idea please explain the reason why the plan is changed to 425 Plan from 5th Feb even if it was not requested by me. Now Idea is charging me more amount.

Plan should be reverted to 299 PLan and my amount should be refunded.
