Hi Team, I had bought a Sony Bravia 43 inch Android TV (43W800C) on the 30th October, 2015 after a lot of soul searching. I invested in Sony believing in its brand value and product durability. It is with great pain I report to you that I have been hoodwinked into buying a faulty LED panel. After only 3.5 months of service, the TV started showing lines on the screen. Having raised a complaint on Sunday (28th February, 2016), a service engineer came and suggested us to get the LED panel replaced (job sheet attached). Going by the pathetic condition of the LED panel, I have no faith in the replacement panel and its process. Being an ardent customer of Sony and having bought so many products, this situation has created a bitter taste for Sony. I would request you to provide a completely new TV unit instead of any replacement part.
