I received a call from one of the specialized Idea Cellular customer care number and they gave the information that my number do have the offer of 1 GB data facility on Rs.58. I just cut the phone since the person was repeatedly irritating me saying the same thing again and again. With an hour since I cut the phone, my balance of Rs.58 was deducted. when i tried calling that customer care they said that i will get my refund.

Its been 10 days, I have not received any of my refund balance nor did they took any action on my complaint that id : 1-56856373092. Its ridiculous that customer care people will call you to give you offer information and without customer’s prior permission cuts money instantly. The weirdest thing is that, for them cutting the money is very instant, but refunding is not. To the hell with these company policies and their untrained customer care executives who just cheat people and eat money.
