As an ex student of the classes I took a CAT preparation tablet from them last year in September. The rates promised were 26,000 for 1 year and an additional 10,000 if I wanted to extend it for next year. I completed the full payment of 26,000 on September 13, 2014 when I received the tablet. In early January (within 4 months), the content of the tablet got blocked. When I contacted them, they said it had to be renewed and quoted a rate of 15,000. Since then, I’ve tried complaining to different people within the organization but got no relief. The head of the Hyderabad center, Balraj acknowledged in one of our telephonic conversations that the rate promised was indeed 10,000 but says he can’t do anything since his manager, Syed Siddiq is going back on his commitment. On June 4th, when I finally threatened to take this matter to the Consumer Court, he said he’ll have a word with his manager but since has not been answering my calls. I have raised a complain with their marketing department too but got no reply.

Despite having made all necessary payments, I am being harassed because one person seems to be going back on his word. Every department I raise a complaint with says they’ll get back to me but that never seems to happen. My preparations have been hampered and I stuck with a tablet which refuses to work.
