On their website’s online recharge portal, they promise much higher than what they give actually and once you have recharged your phone you don’t have any option other than being fooled. This has happened 4th time to me that they didn’t provide what they promised on their website. Customer services are helpless regarding this. Customer care executives say they can’t do anything regarding online recharge as if the website has to do nothing with their company although it’s their official website “www.ideacellular.com”. For instance, their MTFTT 110, special tarrif of 37, sms pack of 34. These are some cases I have experienced. There may be much more than these.
I want my money back or want them to provide me what they had promised.
