we have taken idea postpaid connection from Mr. Rahul salve (9860151118) one month before. he has taken 900 rupees for three connections. he has not activated our connections. Now he is not picking our phone or replying to sms.

Refund…or activation of connection….if not money is not matter but i would like to give punishment to such type of frauds in india
