They had provided me the wrong information two times on two consecutive days and not refunding me money of net pack dispute. I want strict action on this kind of misbehaviour done by the idea customer care. And want my money refund back with the some additional expenses due to giving a customer wrong information.

I want refund of money and compensation by idea company for giving me the mental tension of their wrong details.
