Respected Sir/Madam, I am Magendravarman from Kanchipuram. I was studied M.Sc(CST) 5 years (Nov 2009 to Mar 2014) integrated course at Pachaiyappa’s College for men, Kanchipuram. I cleared my all exams at Nov 2014, and my Register number is CT90005. I did not receive My final semester (Nov -2014) mark sheet and provisional certificate yet June 2016. Between the time I went many times to college, They said We are not received your certificate, It is pending with university. In July 2016 I went to university directly and asked the certificate they said we already sent your Nov 2014 mark sheet with your provisional certificate to your college, like that. After June again I went college and called the university person who is certificate dispatch department, and they talked about 5 minutes, after the conversation, In my college the found my final mark sheet and gave to me. But still they told my provisional certificate not received from university like that. Kindly help me to out of this Sir/Madam. I am struggling with this past one year. What can i do?
