We have a Corporate Group Connection(Ranly Mousy Venture Pvt Ltd). When we want to take a net connection in any number of our group,we have to issue a company letterhead permission with authorised signature. But,Idea send a fake bil with the number 907031589 from the same group. They send a bill of Rs.1366/-,3G usage charges in this number. Whereas,a few months before,3G net connection was stopped in this number through Company letterhead Permission with Authorised Signature. So,how it is possible to have a net connection in the same number ? The number is used in Samsung Galaxy with dual sim. The net is used in the second sim with Reliance,not in Idea.

Rs.1366/- extra charge was added to our bill,when we want to launch a complain in Idea Customer Care,they refuse us to take the complain.
