Dear Sir/Ma’am, I would like to bring this to your kind notice that I had sent an email to Idea change the GPRS Pack to Rs.155/- (1 GB 2G Pack) for 9887066xxx to Mr.Raj Kumar Sharma (a member of Idea’s sales team) who has been handling our account for years now to which he replied saying I should send an email to Nitin Kumar, which I did. No action was taken by Nitin Kumar and team to change my internet Pack and due to which I have been charged heavily for the month of September and October 2014 for Internet charges. Now, when I am following up with them they are not taking any action and are saying that you should have sent an email to Customer Care and not us. This is the process we have been following for years now for getting plans/packs changed with Idea and nobody told us about any change in the process and even a change in the customer care email id. I would like to request you to send this email to the highest authority in Idea/ TRAI so that this is resolved on priority. I have all this in writing.

I want a waiver of the wrong charges levied on my account and make sure this is never repeated.
