Dear Sir/ Madam I had been banking with HSBC Bank you from few years until this KYC norms got changed around two years back. As I am a proprietor of a small firm in service sector, I am not liable for any kind of Servicetax, saletax,etc. registration as my turnover is below Rs10 lac. There fore your bank locked/blocked my account at that time (almost two years back) Since then I was interacting with your bank and I could not deposit/withdraw my funds. Recently, when there was no way out, I was told to close the account for good as we could not provide the above documents and so I did the same. I had Rs2695.47/- (approx on 30 nov 2013) in my account which later you debited saying that non-operation of account on 19th Dec 2013. Please note I couldnot operate my account as my account was blocked from your end and so it is not my fault. I request you to please refund my full amount for Rs2695/- as I should not be charged with these charges because I was not been informed by my personal banker and also these charges were debited together on 19th Dec 13 for Jul12-Sep12, Oct12-Dec12, Jan13-Mar13 without any statements in that period and also the account was blocked in that period from your side.
