Idea celluar appellate authority Madya Pradesh circle is not able to provide the solution for my problem . text for problem is as under This refers idea prepaid No:7354823205, I had recharged this no on dated 23 March 2014 with Rs 202 for GPRS Pack and received in message as “Recharge* successful for 2G Unlimited internet usage for 30 days.Hence my internet validity shall be expired on 22 April 2014 after 30 days.But on dated 20 April 2014 when I tried to make Net Connection but it failed. I called to Idea customer care 198 and Idea Representative told me that the feature for Plan Rs. 202 has been changed and validity for pack has been reduced to 30 days. When I told him about the received message with content of 30 days validity he answered that he can’t do anything as features has been changed. With this mail I wish to inform you that idea has cheated me and played fraud-rant when I had received the message of 30 days validity then how can it be reduced to 28 days once after activation of pack.

On 21st April I had to book my flight ticket for Delhi to attend the meeting but failed to do so due to non-availability of Internet connection .Thus I had missed a very crucial business meet resulting financial loss to my company. Please discuss the issue with your higher corporate official and make arrange to pay suitable penalty to cover my loss to maximum extent, if not this issue has not left me with any another way rather than going to court for legal action.
