Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 – Defective Product Sold

We have purchased the samsung Grand 2 from the registered dealer in the Mumbai and after 15 days, the charger started heating, processor problem etc. We approached the Samsung service center in the Boriwali west but they have not solved our problem and neither their behavior was good. They just take our phone for testing and gave the same phone to us back without solving the problem.

I want my phone to be replaced by the Samsung Mobile India Company.
