Vodafone Issued Duplicate SIM Used in ICICI Mobile Banking Fraud

On 11 th April without my knowledge how can Vodaphone provide a new SIM to an unknown person of my running SIM n number? Mobile activity • received call in my mobile 9830729700 which the registered mobile with bank at 1:06pm • received SMS regarding some service request number (which is NOT done by me or my family)–SR1504382982 would be processed by SATURDAY 12 April 9am at 7:11:24 pm • received SMS regarding SIM replacement request at 7:42:16 pm and it got inactive immediately • Called 198 at 7:50:00 pm to stop the request and the Vodafone customer care also, but it has been replaced by that time already and provided to someone else without my identification / presence I am in Singapore and all the ID proof is with me only. My account has been hacked after this SIM change and within few minutes I Lost 7 lakh INR throgh mobile banking. ICICI BANK I want case against Vodafone for my loss.

To compensate my loss of 7 Lakh with Fixed Deposite interest and compensation for mental harassment and their fult in terms of Money. I want compensation in terms of my hard earned money ASAP. It is Vodafone policy to NOT provide running SIM to other customer and if there is any change request for SIM, there has to be OROGINAL ID proof to be shown. It is Vodafone’s fault to help the fraud to provide duplicate SIM for my runnung number . I want to know on what basis the my running number has been blocked and on what basis the SIM of my number has been locked? I did not put any request of SIM lost/Mobile lost. Even if the request your customer service took, on what basis they have provided a new SIM within not even 1 hour/immidiately? What proof Vodafone has as part of the Adress verification and as part of Identity proof? What Original ID proof Vodafone received to provide the SIM to unknown person where I am not present there? What Address proof did Vodafone took to provide the SIM as the address was of Cognizant Technology Solutions BIPL, Kolkata only. This address can be shown over the Corporate ID card only which is with me. I am yet to get any kind of response from THEIR end on the negligence of Vodafone employee and Compensation on that huge Loss. Do they really care for the Customers and give them proper value? In recent days there are number of cases on Times Of India which all are caused of Vodafone SIM Swap and Customers are losing money. Me and my family was loyal customers for more than 6-7 years. Now as a result of their employees negligence I lost all my hard earned Money. On JAN 26/27 , Mumbai/Pune Sate Government asked Vodafone to pay 70% of the loss due to the banking Fraud using Vodafone SIM!! There are more similar cases in Noida. Do you guys can understand the mental and physical harassment me and my family members are going through? I need money to pay my home loan. For Vodafone I lost money and now I can not pay loan and there would be legal case for the same on me!!

I demand Economic Loss-6 Lakh 92 Thousands INR Physical Loss- severe bad condition of my Parents Respect Loss- Notice from SBI for unable to pay EMI of Home loan Mental harassment for long days and no cooperation.
