I am using idea police plan card 955253xxxx which is registered on my wife v.n.Jadhav. 1 month before I started internet facility on above number with 2 g service . so there us very slow speed I decide to switch 3 g after 10 days . first I have activated 2 g pack of 180 rupees then 3g 299 rupees But my bill is 2750 ; when I contact them they said this is our rule when anybody changes service at mid we accord bill as per data. But they never tell me about this rule or send me message

Due this type of service , iam very shocked please correct my bill
