I made a recharge on 20th April 2015 at 6:56 pm,Transaction id 1223172890, MRP Rs 59, which had a validity of 28 days and the benefit was local + std call rate will become 40p/min. But, it never happened. I was charged 1.5 p/sec on all calls. Just on airtel to airtel it was 20P/min. Now, I have been calling them many times but nothing done from their side. First I called customer care, they denied any such recharge. After that their supervisor Jagat Singh came I informed my transaction number then he accepted it but he told me to visit airtel store in my locality. So, i went to one store and explained my problem but he referred me to another store in Main Road Ranchi. There again I explained everything. They said it will be done we have mailed to concerned team but nothing happened. A guy named Vijay tried to help in the store but nothing fruitful came out. I visited the store twice, called them 5-6 times spending more money but now they are saying nothing can be done, I have to again call the customer care team. They are just making me go here and there. I don’t want to do all this.

I want the exact plan which I recharged for. And , also Rs 1000 as compensation for the calls I made and spent on petrol to visit the stores plus the time I had to sacrifice for all these things.
