Idea Mobile Connection Barred Wrong Billing

The complaint is on my previous tele No 9000234xxx. I am using this tele# since last 7 years with Airtel and recently migrated to idea by changing the portal. Reason for migration is that my area is not having proper signal for airtel. However idea is doing good in terms of signal. But the problem is about your customer care service. In the month of November and December your company has over charged my bill with 2400/- (bills attached). As per bill plan I am supposed to receive 500MB every month and my billing cycle is 14th of every month. In the month of Nov 2014 on 15th Nov I found that as per idea flash message I have utilized 290MB which is highly impossible. Through phone I cannot use 290MB in a day. Even if it is possible, I asked for clarification by calling their customer care# 121 and 198 repeatedly. But there was no response. They said next month once the bill is generated they asked me to call customer care and they will resolve the issue (basically whoever the representative I spoke with was trying to get rid of my complaint unethically). I also approached their customer care department at moti nagar and spoke with Mr Diwakar. He did send an email to their internal department copying me asking for detail on data utilization, however there is no response, this is a peak of their negligence, lack of responsibility. I have attached the email also for your reference. Further I did not pay the bill with an expectation that someone would get back to me, so that I can explain the problem. Consequence is they disconnected my phone without resolving my issue. And more so they have ruined the situation when I received a call from uncultured women. Ironically she did not even disclose her name, when I asked for name she said in telugu that “first you pay the bill then I will tell you the name”, trust me I could not even discuss about my problem. This actually reserves a case of mental harassment. I received the call from tele# 9912007xxx. My credit limit is 1900/-, how can they exceed my bill beyond my credit limit
