My Tata Indicom outgoing is being blocked even after paying the bill of DEC in time. when contacted the customer service ,the staff is irresponsible in behavior and continuously harassment done for 3 times. Even now the outstanding amount is showing exceeds complaint no 451721713 A compensation of Rs 5000 required for the harassment by tata docomo

i need a compensation of amount Rs 5000 as compensation i need to change the plan from postpaid to prepaid immediately at my door step
