I am from perinthalmanna , (Malappuram Dist), Kerala, I have IDEA Prepaid Connection with number 9961XX0893, i am regularly internet user, every month i recharged 1 GB 2G internet, From 5 Days before Idea network Mobile Data not working properly in our area, (Pin Code is 679322, 679321) on 22-01-15 at 20:15, i am call to customer care (198) for informing the issue, the executive says ” We have booked your complaint you issue will be solved on 28-01-15, then i request to the executive, “please clear the issue today or tomorrow, because i have already recharged for 30 days, if you have unable clear the issue tomorrow, if you take 6 days for solving, please extend my internet validity for 6 days, (because my 6 days internet is loss), then executive says to me ” we have no option for this, we will clear the issue on 28-01-15″ then disconnect the phone, after this i got SMS from IL+IDEA ” Dear Customer , Your concern for GPRS /MMS is registerd and would be actioned by 01/28/15 3:00:00 PM . SR No. 1-5194347\667.

Please take action against this company for delay the issue solving , Please extend my internet validity for 30 days
