MTS Internet Data Card – Poor Speed

Sir,I purchased a data card of MTS on 18th November for my personal use,your executive told me that speed is 9.8 Mbps but at any given point you wont get less then 3mbps but from very first day i am getting very low speed ,then I complaint to customer care and they told me that you will get a call from technical dept within 24 hrs,but I didn’t get any call.

After that also I complaint thrice but there is no response as yet. Then I contacted customer care & MTS appellate to resolve this problem,after 4-5 day I email them to remind then they send a executive to do speed test. When he checked speed three times in a Minute, speed was 920kbps then after few seconds 27kbps then after few seconds it was .01kbps. Then executive told me that we will do some corrections from tower.but they didn’t done anything. I asked to disconnect my connection on the very first day when I start using this modem and ask refund of my modem money 999.they told me that we will improve services but then they are making an excuse that you are in weak indoor area while I am living in sector-6,dwarka which is in middle of subcity. They are making me fool.they have not refunded my modem money & now they are asking bill from me..so I want to file a case of cheating & compensation.

I demand 999 cost of modem I have purchased & compensation for wasting my time,due to poor connectivity by this modem.
